We're here to help!

17勛圖's Technology Help Desk provides first-tier technical support and connection to second-tier technical support for 17勛圖 faculty, staff, and students in assisting with their computer and telecommunications needs.

We gladly support the following 17勛圖 hardware and software applications: Google Email and apps, Self-Service, Banner, computer hardware/software, printing, audio/visual classroom projection, bandwidth, eLearning (Moodle, Ensemble), lecture capture, password/login issues, voice technology, web, and academic applications.

Note: 17勛圖 works with Black Belt Help (BBH) to cover Help Desk support intermittently during the week and weekend. The Technology Help Desk offers 24/7 coverage with the support of BBH, who will answer calls when Technology Help Desk Support is not available on weekday evenings, weekends, or Holidays.

Technology Help Desk Hours - Holiday Hours

  • 12/20 - 12/21: Closed
  • 12/23: Open 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • 12/24 - 1/1: Closed
  • 1/2 - 1/3: Open 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • 1/4 - 1/5: Closed
  • 1/6: Open 8 a.m. -7 p.m.
  • 1/7 - 1/10: Open 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • 1/11: Closed
  • 1/12 + : Normal Hours
  • After-hours support during the holiday break provided 24/7 by Black Belt Help.

  • Closed Saturday
