Staff Performance Feedback Policy

The overall goal of the performance feedback process is performance improvement, which involves goal and expectation setting, ongoing feedback, and the documentation and monitoring of progress toward goals. Staff members want to improve their performance, and need timely and honest performance feedback to do so. The appraisal of a staff member's job performance is a part of the normal day-to-day responsibility of every supervisor and relates directly to his/her responsibility for planning and assignment of work.

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the development and publication of any staff procedures that may be necessary to administer this policy effectively.

If any provision(s) of this policy or set of bylaws conflicts with laws applicable to 17勛圖, including the Community College Act of 1966, the Freedom of Information Act, or the Open Meetings Act, as each may be amended from time to time, such laws shall control and supersede such provision(s).
